David Johnson
Originally from Washington State, David began training and coaching  in 2012 when he moved to Kauai, HI. Over the years spent there he had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. He initially coached Functional Fitness and quickly learned the importance of healthy and efficient movement to keep our body’s working well for as long as possible. In the process David fell in love with the barbell and teaching Olympic Weightlifting and eventually had the chance to start his own competitive weightlifting team. Now with experience in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Sports Performance and Bodybuilding, David has combined his knowledge in these different modalities to help bridge the gap between aesthetics and performance. He believes that our bodies can and should be able to perform just as well as they can look, and isn’t limited to the younger generations. David has recently moved back to Washington with his wife and 1 year old and is excited to use these tools to help you reach your goals.
